Revelation 6:1-8


First seal (white horse) — conquest and oppressive empire

Second seal (red horse) — war and bloodshed

Third seal (black horse) — famine

Fourth seal (pale horse) — death itself


Through human chaos, the scroll is still in the hand of Jesus.

Prayer of examen: a form of daily spiritual reflection that involves a structured review of your day to recognize God’s presence and movement


Replay — run through your day: what made you happy, angry, anxious? 

Rejoice — savor the moments of obvious and non-obvious gratitude in God.

Repent — express sorrow for the things you remember as you review the day.

Reboot — decide to live for Jesus tomorrow and ask for grace to see his presence more clearly.
